New Community Survey on Customer Acceptance

We’ve launched a new community survey to explore the science of love — for your tech products. As many of you know, Betabound is the tester community behind Centercode. Centercode has helped hundreds of clients beta test (and subsequently) launch some really cool tech products. We’ve published this survey to learn more about what makes you love a product — or what we’re referring to as customer acceptance.
Why do you love the headphones you purchased? What kept you from returning that streaming device you were gifted? Do you still use your Xbox, or is it collecting dust? For our clients, it’s important to know why you fall in love with a tech product. In learning this information, we’ll be able to organize tests that help beta units better “stick” in your home. This, in turn, helps our clients and team craft improved tester experiences that make integrating a beta unit into your home that much more seamless.
Overall, surveys are a great tool for us to gain insight into our community members. In identifying tester trends, we can run better beta tests.
To take our Customer Acceptance Survey, please sign into your Betabound account. From there, click on the purple “Customer Acceptance” link beneath the “Surveys” tab in the sidebar. This survey is short and sweet, and should take you no longer than five minutes to complete.
